Q&A with Scardapane

March 11th, 2010

Dario Scardapane, creator and executive producer of “Trauma”, has answered fans questions  about the show. Here’s what he said about Scottie’s role Diana Van Dine:

Will Dr. Van Dine’s role expand? She’s a real asset!
Yes, Dr. Van Dine’s role will expand. She really is an asset to the show, adding her and the actress Scottie Thompson to the show has done wonders for us and her coming up through the ranks in the ER, it’s a sweet story. We just looked over an episode where she has to go toe to toe with the administration about something she believe in, which is a pretty cool storyline. Should we be lucky enough to have a second season i’d like to see that character be our centerpiece to the hospital side of the show. So to answer your questions, yes she will be expanded.
